Last week I was advised that there have been some continued concerns with teachers, staff, students, and parents affiliated with Capital City Public Charter School (Cap City) taking up the parking spots of residents throughout the school day. While this is not a new problem, it appears it may be time to discuss petitioning the District Department of Transportation to rezone the areas around Cap City as zoned for residential parking permits.
