BZA Application for 11 Nicholson Street NW

I received the below filing from Cozen O'Connor who represents Potomac Venture Group, LLC. who is applying for a variance to add one dwelling unit to the existing apartment complex at 11 Nicholson Street NW.


Cozen O'Connor is scheduled to present the proposal for this location at the November 23, 2020 ANC 4B monthly meeting and I will be touring the site with them tomorrow. I want to inform the public so I can determine if this variance should be approved or denied. If approved, I will submit a resolution to that affect to the full body of the ANC 4B Commission.
