COVID Vaccine Clinic at Capital City

Capital City will be hosting a vaccine clinic on Aug. 5 & 26 from 4:30-7:30pm for anyone 12 years and older in partnership with the GW Medical Faculty. For those under 18, they will need a signed parent consent form, which we will email to them before the clinic or they can sign when they come for their child's vaccination. We will only be offering the Pfizer vaccine. We would appreciate any outreach you can offer to your constituents to ensure we can vaccinate as many people as possible. They do not need to be a Capital City student or family. Anyone is eligible, 12 years and up.
