DDOT Guidelines on Vertical Traffic Calming Implementation

Good afternoon Ward 3 & 4 ANC Commissioners,

Hope each of you are doing very well and Happy June!

I am pleased to inform you that since revamping our TSI process last Fall, we now have our Guidelines on Vertical Traffic Calming Implementation posted on our website. Here, residents will be able to see the detailed criteria that go into our decision-making for speed humps and speed tables by roadway classification and eligibility.

Please feel free to share amongst your constituents for knowledge and awareness or direct them to our Traffic Safety Investigations website.

For any additional questions or concerns don’t hesitate to reach out and contact me directly – always happy to help!

Best,

--
