Collection on your route may be slow, resulting in collection times happening later in the day. DPW scheduled trash and/or recycling collection is anytime between 6:00 am through 7:00 pm on the scheduled collection day. Trash and/or recycling collection is classified as missed if it is not collected by 7:00 PM on the addresses scheduled collection day.
If by 7:00 pm an addresses scheduled trash and/or recycling is not collected, that address will be placed on a missed collection carry-over list for priority collection the next day. Please apprise your impacted constituents as you deem appropriate. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
