Dear Commissioner Johnson:
Thank you for your assistance in stocking & maintaining Rock Creek Park’s first pet waste bag station.
Attached are 2 Volunteer Service Agreement forms. One is for the leader and the other is for the group members that will be assisting with monitoring the bag station. If it is easier, the group members helping with monitoring the bag station may sign the group form separately – that is they don’t all have to sign the same form, they just need to sign the form.
I’ll plan to bring the keys (2) and bags (2 cases) on September 9th.
