This is a hypothermia alert issued in accordance with the District of Columbia’s Cold Plan for 7 PM, Saturday, December 6, 2020. National Weather Service (NWS) reports that temperatures will be 31 degrees but will feel like the upper 20s due to wind chill and/or rain. These temperatures significantly increase your risk for hypothermia and frostbite.
