Unfortunately, within the past eight (8) weeks the 5700 Block of 3rd Place NW has experienced the loss of two of their neighbors, and a 3rd lost neighbor lost their son to gun violence.
One neighbor, Marion Williams, passed away on March 22, 2023. Her family has scheduled a memorial service scheduled for June 2, 2023, at 11 am at Mt Pleasant Baptist Church, 215 Rhode Island Avenue, NW, Washington, DC.
