Captain Christian stated that this was at the car rental property and was a result of the complainant leaving their car running with the key in the ignition.

These crimes of opportunity can be avoided. I am attaching some guidance to assist in your efforts to keep yourself and your property safe.

I am thankful no one was physically injured but understand the mental trauma this has surely caused. Praying for the aggrieved party.

Also, Captain Christian advised that his officers will begin issuing tickets for vehicles that are left unattended.
