So, we have some new developments with a house in the 100 block of Peabody Street. The home had been previously cited for illegal construction and has now been boarded up by DCRA. It is also being listed as a vacant property so the owner will be taxed at a higher rate by OTR. This should reduce the trash and parties in the area. Also, MPD is still investigating the drive by shooting which occurred last weekend. If anything further should occur, please let me know.
