Hi Neighbor,
I hope you are well and staying safe. I am reaching out here to let you know of a couple upcoming events that Mayor Bowser is inviting you to join her for. We hope to see you and our other neighbors out there.
On Friday, May 20th, Mayor Bowser will celebrate the Business Improvement District’s (BID) annual Bike to Work Day by leading a bike ride with community members and speaking at the Franklin Park pit stop, the District’s largest Bike to Work Day pit stop. This coincides with Infrastructure Week, where Mayor Bowser has been hosting events throughout the week that highlight infrastructure projects and initiatives that will create a stronger, more resilient, connected, and equitable DC.
Ward 4 Pit Stop Locations & Times:
Intersection of 8th & Juniper Streets, NW (7:45 am)
Intersection of 4th & Butternut Streets, NW (8:00 am)
Intersection of 3rd & Van Buren Streets, NW (7:45am)

Get your shades and swimsuits ready, and join us on Friday, May 27th at Upshur Pool as we soak up another great summer in the nation’s capital. #DCisOPEN and we’re diving into summer with the District’s annual Kick-Off Pool Party!

As always, please feel fre to let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you soon. In the meantime, please stay safe and enjoy the remainder of your day on purpose.
All my best,
Anthony
