DC is awash in "affordable housing" rhetoric! The Ward 4 Democrats are hosting a panel discussion to ascertain how much affordable housing has actually been produced and preserved in Ward 4, who benefits from government-funded housing construction, and whether alternative systems might produce greater numbers of affordable units more equitably.
